氷河鉄道はZermattからSt. Moritzまでを繋ぐゆったり列車。8時間かけて山々や谷を走り抜けます。
Glacier Express is a train that connects from Zermatt to St. Moritz in 8 hours total. The train itself goes really slow so the passengers can look through the window to see the broad mountain peaks and valleys.
8時間の旅はじまりー！真っ赤な車両が素敵。天気も晴れて爽快！
Start of the 8 hour trip! The train painted in red was really nice.
窓ガラスはパノラマで天井まで景色が楽しめます。今回私たちは1等車に乗ったのでゆったりとした席でした。
The windows are panorama so you can see the sky too. We took the 1st class this time so the seat size was large and very comfortable to sit.
こういった橋をいくつか渡りました。正直下をみると断崖絶壁だったりしたので少しスリルがあったかも。
We went through many tunnels and crossed many bridges. Some of the bridges were really high up that it was a bit thrilling.
反対側からくる氷河鉄道を捉えることができました。広大な緑の中を赤と白の色がひときわ目立って可愛かったです。
We were lucky to spot another glacier express that was coming from the opposite side. The red and white stand out in the greenery.
そしてお昼ターイム！彼は乳製品アレルギーと伝えてあったのでジャガイモを練って作ったハンバーグとお米みたいななんだろうこれ？キヌア？パスタ？を頂きました。
私はポークのクリーム煮でとても美味しかった！車窓から見える景色を眺めながらのランチは贅沢でした。
For lunch, my husband can't eat dairy products so he got a hamburger made of potato. I got a pork creme sauce and with a rice pasta? like a quinoa? It was tasty looking outside seeing the wonderful view.
少しずつ街が見えてきて…

やっとサンモリッツに到着！
We finally arrived to St. Moritz.
宿泊したホテルはこんな感じのロッジ。雲が近い！６千フィートぐらいなのでかなり標高は高い。
The hotel we stayed in. The clouds are really close. St. Moritz was about 6,000 ft.
ホテルからの景色も到着した夕方と次の朝では違う姿に。雲の中にいるみたいで少し朝は肌寒かったです。
