先日の週末に彼が気になっていたお店に行きました。
Last weekend we went to a restaurant which my husband wanted to go.
Sea Palace と言う場所でアムステルダムの中央駅から歩いて5分ほど。でーんと建っているので目立ちます。1984年にオープンしてヨーロッパでは初の水上レストランとか。3階まであって香港の建物がモデルになっているみたい。
The building is all red so you can see it from far away. It takes only 5 minutes from the central station. The place opened in 1984 and it was one of the first floating restaurants in Europe. Its up to 3 stories high and the base of the building is the one in Hong Kong.
内装もとっても素敵でした！本格の中華料理屋さんという感じ。アメリカでよく言っていた飲茶のお店に雰囲気は似ていた。こっちの方がオシャレか。
The interior was also beautiful with Chinese furnitures and goods well placed.
味もびっくりするぐらい美味しかった！！本場の飲茶という感じ。このエビの透けた点心は私が大好きなもの。プーアル茶と共に〜♡ 幸せ！
The taste was REALLY GOOD!!! Its like the real yam-cha that you could eat in Hong Kong. (I've never been to China...) The dumpling with the shrimp was EXCELLENT!! I love this so much I could eat it any day.
春巻きも中に牛肉と椎茸の餡が入っててめちゃくちゃ美味しい。The spring roll had beef and shiitake (asian mushrooms) in it and was tasty!!
出ました！私が必ず飲茶で頼むもの！これ何年も食べてなかったー涙美味しすぎた。ぷるぷる食感がやみつきになる。
AND THIS!!! AT LAST!!! One of the dishes I've been craving for a long time. You don't really see it in Japan. I love this texture!
最後にはエビワンタン麺（ほぼエビ）を頼みました。スープはあっさり塩ベースで麺も弾力があってとっても美味しかった。量も結構ありました。
Last we got the shrimp wanton noodles (yes, I know we get so many shrimps. but I can't resist having them!) The soup was salt-based and the noodles were thin than usual with chewy texture. It was great with just the right amount.
お店は広いのでいつでも入れると思います。(650席あるらしい）行ってみては？
The restaurant is large so anyone can go eat-in. (theres 650 seats...WOW!)
