Ok, so I bought my new cell phone so back to normal life.
I talked with several people after the incident and there are snatching and robbery without the person noticing but its rare for someone to actually take something from your hand.
Still, the numbers are high than in Japan so we Asians have to be aware all the time.
Don't put your purses on the top of your bag 'cause they can easily open the zipper and take it from you. They are pros at this so if you give them even 3 seconds, they will take something from you. They will even scatter coins and when you're helping them just to be nice, they WILL take something from you.
さて、携帯も復活したので通常生活に戻ります。
やはりあのあと色んな人に話しを聞いたりしたけれど置き引き、スリはかなり多いけど
ひったくりや強盗などはオランダではあまりないよう。
ただ、頻度としては発生していて、トラムのドアの閉まりぎわに奪って逃げたり
警察官のふりをして何かを提示させようとしたり。コインをばらまいて拾ってあげている時にものを盗んだり。人の善意に漬け込んだ犯行も目立つ。
買い物中にバッグの財布を盗もうとしたり。などなど。
カバンの一番上には財布はしまわない！携帯も夜は目立つので出さない！といった
ちょっとしたことで防げるのではないかと思います。
So anyways. With this rain for a few days (its sunny today though) I'm at home working on my cross stitch for christmas. Almost done!
さて。最近は雨続きなので（今日は晴れてますが）家にこもってクリスマス用のクロスステッチをチクチク。
The blue house on the top with a red car brining the christmas tree is so cute! It has ginger bread and peppermint candies too :)
青いお家が可愛いパターン。ジンジャーブレッドやペパーミントキャンディもいるよ。
完成したらまたアップしますー。
