Last week I went to go see the christmas market in Koln, Germany. So I would like to report what was there and other infos.
先週ドイツのケルンのクリスマスマーケットに行ってきました。
それについてレポートしたいと思います。
We left Amsterdam around 9:30 and got there around 12:00. The parking under the cathedral is pretty big so if you go in the morning, you'll be able to park there. Even if you park for 7 hours, the price was 15 euros so it was decent price.
アムスを9時半に出て12時には到着。ケルン大聖堂の下が大きな駐車場になっていて午前中に行けば停められます。料金も7時間ほど停めても15ユーロと良心的。

The Cathedral is always spirited to see. Its so big that I can't put everything into the camera.
いつ見ても見上げるほどすごい。カメラにその全貌が収まらないぐらい大きい。
Blue and red mug cups and bowls for daily use...
赤や青のマグカップや日常使えるボール。
this store had white ornaments on one side and red on the other side.
このお店は一方は白、反対側は赤のクリスマスオーナメントで統一。
The shop owner was actually hand painting these one by one. So neat!
このお店のオーナーがこれらのオーナメントを一つ一つ丁寧に絵付けしていました。
And the snow domes are always nice to see for display.
スノードームはクリスマス！というモードを高めてくれる魔法のディスプレイね。
This shop was smelling so good that we decided to take a look.
ここのお店がいい匂いしててダッシュで行って見ました。
It was a potato pancake. It had a light salt taste and the inside was chewy and really delicious.
買ったのはこれ。ポテトパンケーキと言って塩味がついているモチっとした食感のスナックでした。とっても美味しかった。
They had these bright red wreath in every corner of the shop which made the atmosphere more like the holiday season :)
お店の角のいたるところに赤い実で作ったリースが飾ってあってクリスマスの雰囲気をより一層引き立てていました。
Under this holy cathedral, I thought you could only experience it in europe. Truly a spiritual moment.
この厳格な雰囲気の大聖堂の下で行われるクリスマスマーケット。ここでしか味わえない空間だなと改めて思いました。
And the gluhwein I wanted to taste. It was like a grape juice with spices added. It sure was good for warming me up!
そして試したかったグリューワイン。アルコールはほとんど抜けていてスパイスが効いていてとっても飲みやすかった。体が温まりました。
They use this huge pot to make it.
この大きなお鍋で作っていました。
One of the best moments in the winter season :)
冬の季節にはぴったりな風景。
One of the spots to see, this big christmas tree. It lighted up at night.
見所の一つ、巨大なクリスマスツリー。夜にはライトアップされました。
