We started using Air bnb quite a while ago since our friend recommended to us.

Theres only 2 things to remember. If you can contact the host by roaming your cell phone and to see the reviews of other people before booking the place.
二つのコツだけ知っていれば安心して泊まれます。一つは海外でも使えるローミング携帯があること。あとは予約する前にきちんとほかの人の評価を見ておくこと。
Unlike the hotel its not open 24 hours, but usually the host will ask you to send a message 30 minutes before the arrival. Even if you arrive early, the host sometimes will be at the apartment so theres not problem. If you are going to park your car, the host might tell you to meet somewhere else since the parking might be a few minutes walk from the apartment. The important point is to keep contact with the host :)
ホテルと違って24時間空いてるわけではないので大体のホストは場所に到着する30分前に連絡を入れてと言います。ちゃんと待ち合わせておけば相手もアパートのところで待ち合わせてくれます。場合によっては車を停める駐車場が少し離れてたりするので別の場所を指定されることもありますが、そこはホストとちゃんと連絡をすれば問題なし！
The place we stayed in Seville was this apartment. We stayed 2 nights and it was around 55 euros per night. VERY CHEAP! and the quality of the house was nice. It was less than 30 minutes away from the central city and the host was willing to tell us where to go by bring a small tourist map. They also had some fruits and mineral water free to eat and drink for us.
私たちが今回滞在したのは市内から30分もかからないここ。一晩で大体6000円ぐらいだったので一人3000円ぐらい。とっても安い！家のクオリティもとっても綺麗で問題ありませんでした。冷蔵庫にはフルーツやお水を入れてくれるホストだったので外に買いにいく手間やお金も必要なし！ホストの人もとっても親切で観光マップを持参し、この辺りの名所を教えてくれました。
There were 2 bedrooms and very huge for 2 of us. We tried the sharing of the house with the host but we couldn't relax so for us, renting the whole house was a better idea. Of course, it would cost more but worth it :)
広々したお部屋は家全体を借りるタイプ。ホストが住んでいるところに間借りするとより安いけどあんまり落ち着かないのでこの一棟借りスタイルが私たちのお気に入り。
I recommend you that the host take you a tour around the house before he/she leaves. If there is any problem, you can tell them then and they will do something for you. Using Airbnb makes a lot like home and feel as if you are a local :)
おススメなのはホストに最初に家のツアーをしてもらうこと。何かそこで壊れてたりおかしいなと思ったらすぐに行って対処してもらう。そうすれば旅もより地元感が出る楽しいものになります。
